About The Position

The Management Analyst will support the customer’s program, providing mission-critical support in acquisition management, program analysis, technology support, and case management to improve efficiency, compliance, and transparency across organizational operations. This role ensures effective execution of programs and projects, proactive risk management, and consistent stakeholder engagement to drive informed decision-making. The performance of the Management Analyst position is key to RavenTek’s performance on the contract, and therefore RavenTek’s mission to support the customer.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of acquisition processes, program oversight, and IT project management practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools, and dashboard/reporting software.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience briefing senior leadership and managing multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP preferred.
  • DOD clearance is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and administrative support for acquisition activities and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with program managers, contracting officials, and stakeholders to align with acquisition objectives.
  • Develop and maintain status reports for case management, risk, and corrective actions.
  • Support decision-making by documenting requirements and capturing lessons learned.
  • Perform risk management through identification, reporting, and reviews.
  • Apply IT project management practices to support lifecycle management of technology initiatives.
  • Coordinate with teams to address system integration, data management, and interoperability.
  • Create and maintain project schedules and communication plans.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and briefings; capture and distribute action items.
  • Maintain a centralized information repository, SOPs, templates, and guidance documents.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and administrative actions for compliance.
  • Enter actual time worked, once complete, at the end of the day, or no later than 10:00 a.m. the following workday, and submit timesheets at the end of each pay period.
  • Submit Monthly Status Reports on a regular basis, as required.
  • Monitor RavenTek email on a regular basis, at least 3 times per week, and respond accordingly.
  • Complete required compliance training as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.
