About The Position

Supporting organizational studies, process‑improvement initiatives, and the preparation of operational manuals for DoD programs Collecting data, conducting work‑simplification studies, and assisting senior analysts in developing actionable recommendations FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING #LI-TF1

Requirements

• Bachelor of science in business, management, technical, or IT discipline (ABET/CAE)
• Alternative: Associate and four plus years experience or six years experience
• Active DoD Top secret (or higher)
• Less than three years in management‑analysis activities (CSWF Junior)
• U.S. Citizenship
• U.S. Government Security Clearance at the Top Secret Level with Top Secret / SCI Eligibility

Nice To Haves

• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities; proficient with Excel, Power Query, and Tableau
• Experience conducting process‑mapping (Visio, Lucidchart) and workflow‑optimization studies
• Ability to draft clear, concise reports, SOPs, and policy briefs for senior leadership
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition and program‑management processes
• Excellent presentation skills; comfortable delivering findings to mixed technical/non‑technical audiences
• CAPM or PMP (in progress)
