Requirements

Active Secret Clearance.
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a business or technical field.
Significant experience supporting U.S. Navy programs or operations.
Experience with planning, submission, monitoring and reporting of annual budgets and execution.
Experience preparing reports, metrics, or briefings for leadership.

Responsibilities

Support program daily execution tasking.
Conduct operations analysis advising leadership on performance metrics, efficiencies, and process improvements to ensure alignment with all applicable Federal, NAVSEC, NSWC HQ, and local Instructions and Policy.
Manage the planning, submission, and execution tracking of compliance-related program operations.
Perform detailed status and resource analyses to guide program prioritization and funding decisions.
Perform comprehensive oversight of compliance program operations. Prepare and deliver concise reports and briefings for leadership on program execution status and key analytical findings.
Serve as the key point of contact for knowledge of applicable Federal, NAVSEC, NSWC HQ, and local Instructions and Policy, ensuring all communications and program activities are in full compliance.
