Management Analyst III - CIVIL

About The Position

CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst III to support the Civil Division of DOJ in Washington, DC. Your future duties and responsibilities: - Record expenditures in the financial system of record. - Review travel authorizations for completeness and accuracy, ensuring adherence to proper procedures. - Troubleshoot issues with travelers, travel services, and JMD. - Process travel obligations daily, ensuring data aligns with originating documents. - Review open balances at least quarterly to de-obligate funds that are no longer needed. - Maintain a log of received vouchers and ensure performance time frames are met. - Create and arrange travel reservations and itineraries for invitational travelers. - Brief DOJ officials on the status of projects and work items.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct analysis and present findings clearly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting as well as independently.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
