About The Position

This position will help serve the Atlanta Fire and Rescue Department. Performs a wide variety of analytical and data management work related to an assigned department's operations and management systems. Collects and organizes data from systems, surveys interviews, or other sources and develops summaries and observations. Performs analyses of operational processes, efficiency, and effectiveness, of organization strategic goals and financial plans and budgets. May maintain ongoing operational reporting processes and produce periodic organizational reports. Based on Department other duties may include: This position involves overseeing federally funded contracts within the HOPWA program, ensuring compliance with all grant program policies and procedures, underwriting federal subsidies, and providing risk analysis and project oversight. Additionally, the role entails assisting with legislative preparation and review, completing HUD trainings, evaluating project applicability and environmental reviews, and fostering relationships with project sponsors. Coordinating staffing, training, evaluations, and budgeting for the Ethics Office, serving as a liaison between IT and other business units, managing office onboarding, budgeting, and inventory, and providing support for various office functions are also key aspects of the role.
