About The Position

The Management Analyst I provides direct, unit-level services essential to the delivery and implementation of housing rehabilitation and community improvement activities. This position serves as the primary entry point for units and carry a full rehabilitation caseload, performing all tasks required to move units from initial intake through construction activities and final client closeout. The Management Analyst I ensures program compliance, coordinates with technical staff, and supports residents throughout the rehabilitation process. Supervision Received: Reports directly to the Program Manager or designated supervisor. Works under general supervision and follows program guidelines, policies, and procedures while exercising independent judgment within assigned responsibilities.

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or a related field
  • Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

  • Conduct onsite unit intake to confirm eligibility requirements, collect and verify required documentation, and initiate unit participation in the program.
  • Perform unit visits to gather information necessary for project initiation, including identifying unit conditions affecting scope development, access logistics, occupancy status, and preparation requirements.
  • Document unit conditions, observed hazards, and preliminary scope details to support technical staff in final scope development.
  • Perform all Uniform Relocation Act (URA) functions related to temporary or permanent displacement, including determining applicability, issuing notices, coordinating logistics, arranging accommodations, calculating benefits, and processing payments according to federal requirements.
  • Confirm unit access requirements, verify readiness for scheduled work, and ensure completion of unit-specific preparation tasks.
  • Perform community outreach to expand awareness of the demonstration program and assist applicants with navigating application processes, particularly older adults or those with limited digital literacy.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
