How You Will Contribute: Manage day‑to‑day inquiries for the managed services portfolio and support RFP activities Develop, track, and manage offers through the New Service Introduction process, partnering with Marketing to advance enablement plans Build KPIs aligned to industry benchmarks and assess portfolio performance and competitive insights Lead sales enablement programs to drive adoption of managed services across global field teams Drive offer innovation by evaluating pricing, cost optimization, portfolio expansion opportunities, and market trends Represent the managed services portfolio during product release cycles to ensure alignment with new product capabilities Translate customer and internal stakeholder requirements into roadmap enhancements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or equivalent industry experience
  • 10+ years in telecommunications and/or technology
  • 3+ years of Product Line Management experience
  • High‑level understanding of Layer 0–3 networking technologies and Ciena solutions (6500, Routing & Switching, MCP)
  • Ability to develop and assess commercial deal sheets, P&Ls, and business financials
  • Proven ability to work from broad direction and independently drive tasks to completion
  • Experience supporting globally distributed teams
