The Manager of Managed Services is responsible for leading a team and/or program within the Managed Services function to deliver operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and scalable growth ensuring superior service delivery to both internal and external customers. This leadership role has direct accountability for managing resources, aligning tactical execution with functional strategy, and ensuring consistent service delivery that meets both customer and organizational objectives. The Manager provides strategic oversight and owns team performance, leveraging data, process improvements, and customer insights to drive innovation and operational results. This role requires demonstrated leadership in people management, accountability for budget and resource allocation, and the ability to influence outcomes across functional areas. The Manager is a key contributor to driving adoption of GHX offerings and ensuring customers realize value through managed services. Effective time management, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are essential to success in this role.
