EAC is seeking a Managed Services Consultant to join our growing team of technical experts supporting our customers’ PTC Windchill environments. In this role, you’ll deliver proactive system monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability across multiple customer environments. Working remotely, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor—resolving technical issues, managing upgrades and patches, and driving continuous improvement in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs).
