As a contractor with Riskonnect, you’ll play a key role in supporting our client’s Global Technology team in ensuring business continuity for critical global operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with our team of experienced Managed Services Consultants, benefiting from their expertise while supporting the client’s business continuity objectives. You’ll focus on identifying top operational risks, assisting in risk management for essential assets, and aligning the program with organizational goals to enhance resilience and operational stability. You’ll contribute through tactical execution and technical expertise, from conducting risk assessments and guiding cross-functional teams to communicating effectively during interruptions. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong collaboration skills, capable of working with both internal and client teams to deliver comprehensive continuity solutions. The candidate will have strong collaboration skills that help align the program with organizational objectives. The candidate will have the ability to conduct the tactical, day-to-day, projects as well as provide SME tech-based knowledge to the Project Lead for enabling functions globally. The successful candidate will provide evidence that they have successfully navigated conversation and leadership decision making in which operational risk associated with global technology organizations are mitigated. What this is not Disaster Recovery (managing IT systems outage, however facilitating the operational engagements between teams (i.e. which operations would be impacted, supporting the engagement between Governance, TRM, and cross-functional teams) Audit (we are not an auditing function; we work in partnership with the business and risk owners to strategize).
