As a Managed Service Field Specialist, you’ll be the front line of technical support for a nonprofit client in Dayton, Ohio. You’ll diagnose and resolve issues, manage user accounts, and keep systems running smoothly — all while providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role with occasional after-hours “on-call” evening and weekend shifts.
