About The Position

Endurance IT Services has a new technical sales role to fill for a client with a presence in the Eastern U.S. We are seeking a high‑impact Managed Security Services Sales Executive to accelerate growth across the U.S. East region. In this sales + technical overlay role, you’ll collaborate closely with core account teams while driving net‑new opportunities. As a technical seller, you’ll engage directly with security leaders, shape solution strategies, and help advance deals by providing deep domain expertise and removing technical barriers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of technology sales experience, with strong knowledge of enterprise and mid‑market operational needs.
  • Proven success in technical sales, overlay, or specialist roles with a focus on managed and managed security services.
  • Deep familiarity with SOC, MDR/MXDR, SIEM, detection & response, and ongoing security operations.
  • Experience selling managed, professional, and advisory services across cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and platform operations.
  • Working knowledge of ecosystems including Microsoft, Google, Splunk, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Zscaler, Arctic Wolf, and others.
  • Ability to communicate credibly with both technical and executive audiences, translating complex services into clear business value.
  • Strong track record influencing and accelerating complex security deals in partnership with account teams.
  • Expertise building executive‑level relationships in a consultative, solutions‑focused environment.
  • Solid understanding of consultative and value‑based sales methodologies and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Relevant industry certifications (security, cloud, managed services) are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new managed services revenue by partnering with account executives and developing net‑new opportunities.
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert in managed security services—supporting discovery, solution positioning, and customer conversations.
  • Engage with security and technical stakeholders to understand needs and align services to business outcomes.
  • Accelerate deal cycles by addressing technical questions, resolving friction, and reinforcing value.
  • Position and sell managed services aligned to: Google Security / Mandiant Microsoft Security & Managed Services Splunk
  • Collaborate with pre‑sales, delivery, and services teams to ensure accurate scoping and smooth handoffs.
  • Stay current on security market trends, competitive offerings, and evolving service models.
  • Represent the managed services strategy internally and externally, supporting GTM execution.
