About The Position

The Post Oak Hotel is seeking a Spa Locker Room Attendant to join the only Forbes Five-Star Hotel in Texas. We hire passionate and professional colleagues who genuinely delight our guests through curated and authentic experiences. The Spa Locker Room Attendant will be responsible for providing tours of the spa/fitness center, explain features and benefits of equipment, amenities, relaxation areas and products to all guests.

Requirements

Aspire to our values of being passionate, strive for excellence, remain relevant, collaborate and act with honor and integrity
2-3 years’ experience in a hotel spa or housekeeping environment
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
CPR certified or willing to obtain certification
Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required
Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and prolonged extended periods of standing
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

Nice To Haves

Previous hotel experience, luxury or Forbes experience preferred

Responsibilities

Greet guests and welcome them in a friendly manner
Handle guest comments and concerns in a timely and appropriate manner
Monitor and maintain cleanliness of all areas in the spa and fitness center by picking up towels, wiping down floors, and stocking as needed throughout the day
Certify locker rooms are stocked with amenities and free from debris at all times
Inspect all equipment and report any unsafe conditions or maintenance needs to the Spa Director/Manager
Handle opening and closing procedures of the spa and fitness center
