About The Position

The Fulfillment Manager oversees materials, pre-fabrication services, and logistics for Make-to-Order (MTO) projects, serving as a key member of the Project Business core team. This role defines supply and execution concepts, manages project coordination between field and logistics functions, and ensures timely delivery by addressing capacity challenges and aligning internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include order accuracy, change management, and proactive communication to maintain project timelines and customer satisfaction. Requirements

• Outstanding communication and coordination skills and de-escalation skills.
• Experience in construction project management
• Supply chain and logistics background
• Knowledge of SAP processes for sales orders, fulfillment and production
• MS Office skills
• Competent and proactive approach to internal and if relevant external customers
• Independent working method
• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Minimum 3 years professional experience
