About The Position

This Make Ready Technician position is located at The Palisades, a Management Support property with 536 apartment units in Paradise Valley, Phoenix, AZ. The company, MS, manages approximately 13,500 Class A and B+ multifamily apartments across 36 properties, focusing on providing an outstanding living experience and high-level resident service. Requirements

• Basic electrical, plumbing, appliance maintenance and repair
• Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs. up three flights of stairs if there is no elevator
• Current driver's license with non-rated auto insurance to be verified
• Understand and follow written policies
• Work under direction of your Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager

Nice To Haves

• HVAC certification
• Bilingual (any language)
• Prior experience in the trades
• Prior maintenance experience at other multifamily management companies

Responsibilities

• Promptly and expertly attend to preventive and routine maintenance
• Maintain property owned equipment and tools and ensure they are properly secured after each use
• Ensure all work areas are secured per policy when they are not occupied
• Complete service requests assigned for vacant units (make ready)
