About The Position

Zoom is looking for Majors Account Executives who will engage with new leads and existing customers to sell our Zoom Workplace. Our Enterprise sales team focuses on working with our top strategic/global accounts in a defined geographic territory. As a member of the Zoom Sales team, you will empower top global corporations to discover flexible solutions for modern team collaboration. You will advocate the innovative power of our platform to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Sales/Account Executive experience in a technology company
  • Have experience selling UCaaS/CX solutions
  • Have experience prospecting net new logos, developing and maintaining business within existing accounts and managing complex sales situations
  • Have experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
  • Have experience with business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills
  • Have experience conducting product demonstrations with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging
  • Able to travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Qualifying sales opportunities and identify prospect needs, engaging technical resources as required
  • Conducting high-level conversations with C-Level and VP Level Executives to address business needs
  • Creating, deliver and manage client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Developing and maintaining business within existing accounts, manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns
  • Utilizing solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide sales process to close
  • Upselling and leverage business from new and established customer relationships
  • Working strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
