About The Position

Hybrid Role: Candidates must live in or be commutable to the Detroit, MI area for local travel to assigned customer accounts. A valid driver’s license is required. Compensation: Base salary + commissions, monthly car allowance, mileage reimbursement, and a one‑time remote stipend. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience with large accounts and similar customer bases.
  • Proven success selling multi‑location, solutions‑based software, hardware, and services.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue leads through database management, digital and traditional marketing, and social media.
  • Sell integrated software, hardware, and service solutions to major accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with C‑Suite leaders and key decision‑makers.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders using strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
