We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Major Account Executive Enterprise to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Account-Management or B2B-Sales, preferably in technology, telecom, or a similar industry.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow large or strategic client accounts.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with telecom, IT, or network infrastructure solutions.
  • Proven ability to exceed quota in a major account or enterprise sales role.
  • Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of major accounts within the Albuquerque market, ensuring ongoing satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers at each client organization.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand clients’ business goals, operational challenges, and technology requirements, and recommend tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, service upgrades, and contract renewals within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and other internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and a seamless client experience.
  • Achieve or exceed established sales goals and performance metrics, including monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information in CRM-System (e.g., Salesforce), including activity logs, forecasts, pipeline status, and customer interactions.
