About The Position
Our Maitre D's are a point person responsible for overseeing the dining room, including the placement of large parties, acting as a goodwill ambassador to Guests, and greeting and seating Guests in the dining room. The company's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, following "The Maggiano's Way." Brinker International, the parent company, pioneered the idea of casual dining. Maggiano's Little Italy is described as a slice of Italian American tradition.
