About The Position
Our Maitre D's are a point person responsible for overseeing the dining room, including the placement of large parties, acting as a goodwill ambassador to Guests, and greeting and seating Guests in the dining room. Maggiano's Little Italy, part of Brinker International, pioneered the idea of casual dining. The company's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, following 'The Maggiano's Way'. They emphasize sharing and helping others, supporting organizations like the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the North Texas Food Bank, and also contribute to the Brinker Family Fund to help employees in need.
