About The Position
Our Maitre D's are a point person responsible for overseeing the dining room, including the placement of large parties, acting as a goodwill ambassador to Guests, and greeting and seating Guests in the dining room. Maggiano's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, following "The Maggiano's Way." Brinker International, founded by Norman Brinker, pioneered the idea of casual dining and is the name behind Maggiano's Little Italy. The company emphasizes sharing and helping others, supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the North Texas Food Bank, and the Brinker Family Fund. The Front of the House team, which includes Maitre D's, Servers, Foodrunners, Bussers, Carry Out and Delivery Supervisors, Host/Hostesses, and Bartenders, aims to make Guests feel special and welcome them into a slice of Italian Americana.
