About The Position
Our Maitre D's are a point person responsible for overseeing the dining room including placement of large parties, acting as a goodwill ambassador to Guests and greeting and seating Guests in the dining room. Maggiano's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, following 'The Maggiano's Way'. Brinker International, the parent company, pioneered casual dining and Maggiano's Little Italy is described as a slice of Italian American tradition. The company emphasizes helping others through special events, supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the North Texas Food Bank, and the Brinker Family Fund.
