About The Position

Duties would include working on a variety of automated equipment used in manufacturing. Must have knowledge of Programmable Logic Controls, troubleshooting existing equipment, refurbishing and building specialty equipment from the ground up. Fanuc and CNC programming a plus. Ideal candidate would have an associate degree in Electromechanical Technology or a related field.

Requirements

Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controls
Troubleshooting existing equipment
Refurbishing and building specialty equipment from the ground up
Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Willing to be flexible with schedule to include before and after normal day shift hours, willingness to work weekends as needed for preventative and corrective equipment maintenance
Ability to Read Blueprints
Knowledge of CNC Equipment and tooling

Nice To Haves

Fanuc and CNC programming
Associate degree in Electromechanical Technology or a related field

Responsibilities

Punch press inspection and repair and perform semi-annual punch press inspections
Responsible for maintaining tool and die punch press inventory
PM Scheduling of production program - Equipment cleaning and lubrication
Metal fabrication (machining/welding)
Root Cause analysis
Responsible for maintaining tool and die punch press inventory
Ability to Read Blueprints
Knowledge of CNC Equipment and tooling
Facilities Maintenance – Building and Grounds
Working and building relationships with outside vendors
Work remotely with sources on troubleshooting equipment
Miscellaneous safety inspections
Assisting other maintenance personnel
Willing to be flexible with schedule to include before and after normal day shift hours, willingness to work weekends as needed for preventative and corrective equipment maintenance
Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Other duties as assigned and support manufacturing as required
