About The Position
Monroe Manor is seeking an assisted living maintenance professional to ensure the safety, functionality, and comfort of our senior living facility by performing repairs on plumbing, and electrical systems, managing work orders, and conducting preventative maintenance . They maintain grounds, safety equipment, and resident apartments while complying with regulations to provide a secure environment. Key responsibilities- Fixing appliances, repairing drywall, painting, and repairing fixtures in resident units and common areas. Responding to maintenance requests from staff and residents, ensuring timely repairs.
