About The Position
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and improvements of buildings, roads, and mechanical systems to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance for commercial and residential buildings, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a safety-conscious environment.
- Additional certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.
Responsibilities
