About The Position

KeyStone Center, located in Chester, PA, offers substance use disorder and dual diagnosis treatment for adults. The Maintenance Worker performs preventative maintenance and engages in skilled maintenance activities on equipment and plant operations systems. The Maintenance Worker demonstrates knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform maintenance functions in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of the Keystone Center. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Heavy physical workload lifting 50-80 pounds unassisted and in excess of 80 pounds with assistance
• Requires prolonged bending, stopping, pushing, pulling, kneeling and climbing throughout shift
• Must be able to drive a car and or a truck

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain HVAC equipment
• General repair, painting, and maintenance of building
• Maintain grounds to include ice and snow removal and maintenance of parking lot
• Carry out routine plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair
