About The Position
Completes major and minor repairs to maintain the physical plant of the facility. Assists with the security and safety of patients, residents, staff and visitors.
Requirements
- High school graduate, GED or equivalent experience.
- Two or more years’ maintenance or construction experience.
- Must possess knowledge of general maintenance work procedures.
- Ability to operate power and hand tools.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Must possess valid Virginia driver's license.
- Must be 21 years old or older.
