Working closely with the broader Kroc team, the Maintenance team member handles repairs, preventative maintenance, and day-to-day facility needs while providing responsive, customer-focused support that helps our programs and operations succeed. We are seeking a part-time (25 hour/week) Maintenance Worker at our state-of-the-art Kroc Community Center located in Green Bay, WI. The position will work 3-5 days a week with hours varying between 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm during the week with a requirement to work a rotating Saturday opening shift The position offers a generous benefits package that includes 10 days of vacation per year, 12 sick days per year (6 of which can be taken like vacation days), 12 paid holidays, 2 personal days, and the ability to earn an additional 2 days of PTO through our wellness program. Maintenance Workers earn $20.71 per hour depending on skills and experience. A shift differential of $1.00 per hour is paid for all shifts worked from 4:00 pm Friday through Sunday.
