About The Position
Responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on building and plant operations systems, access control, and departmental equipment for all SIH entities assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the engineering field is required.
- Basic troubleshooting skills in facility operation and systems.
- Proficient in reading and understanding technical manuals and reports.
- Use of work tools of various trades.
- Effective interpretation and utilization of design, record, as built, and reference drawings.
- Intermittent lifting and carrying of 50 pounds that can be modified.
- Walks and stands most of the day.
- Stoops and climbs frequently.
- Near-visual acuity and finger dexterity are required to perform repairs on equipment.
- Color discrimination is required to differentiate electrical wire colors.
Nice To Haves
- Trade school certificate or building operations certification preferred.
- Experience using maintenance management software preferred.
