Under general supervision, the Maintenance Worker II must be a self-starter and will be responsible for the following job duties: Metal working; welding (stainless steel), constructing sheet metal fabrications and machining with manual machines (mill, lathe, band saws, etc.). Service, maintain and repair commercial/industrial (HVAC) air handling equipment. Perform architectural work; renovations, painting, carpentry, building repairs and preventive maintenance to building structures. Service and repair commercial refrigeration equipment and perform all other related duties and tasks as required or assigned. Will be required to respond in a timely fashion to a variety of alarms to include equipment monitoring systems, HVAC alarms, IT system alarms, and all other related types of notifications.
