MAINTENANCE UTILITY Coordinating projects and communicating results of finished projects. Performing preventive maintenance. Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment and system malfunctions. Conducting training and mentoring new utility technicians. Monitoring and regulating energy output for a utility company. Ensuring proper functioning and safety of utility systems such as water and gas lines, electrical power grids, and telecommunications networks. Clean, lubricate, adjust and repair machinery and equipment Disassemble machinery to inspect for defects and replace compromised components Study blueprints and manufacturers manuals to determine correct installation and operation of machinery Maintenance - routine activities The position actively follows regulatory agency compliance requirements, supports the Company and goal objectives, the department quality improvement and operating goals, principles goals, individually and as an effective team member Actively pursuing own growth/career development through self-initiative practices Determines if immediate maintenance action is required Escorting on-site contractors, vendors, guests, or visitors throughout facility as needed Provide expertise in assessing utility systems in place Identify all aspects of utility-related issues
