About The Position

As a Technical Trainer, you’ll deliver practical, engaging training programs focused on the mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components of our automated systems. You’ll work closely with our global training teams in The Netherlands and play a key role in developing the capabilities of our field service engineers and customer technicians. This role is ideal for s omeone with a strong mechanical or electromechanical background who enjoys sharing knowledge and working hands-on with industrial equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical , Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering or 5+ years of hands-on experience as a field service or maintenance technician working with mechanical or electromechanical systems.
• Solid experience in the installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting of mechanical or electromechanical equipment—ideally in industrial or automation environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to diverse audiences.
• Must be comfortable delivering a demo lesson as part of the interview process.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass a background check to access secured customer sites.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with co nveyor systems, sortation equipment, or similar automated machinery is a strong advantage.
• Exposure to control systems or industrial software is a plus, though not .
• Prior experience delivering technical training, coaching, or mentoring is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); experience with e-learning platforms or digital training tools is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training (approx. 30% classroom, 70% hands-on) to internal teams and customers.
• Train t he maintenance, troubleshooting, and safe operation of mechanical and electr omechanical equipment .
• Continuously assess and improve training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with global training teams to align content and standards.
• Support the setup and growth of our new training center in Marietta, GA.
