About The Position

Morgan Properties offers a full-time paid training program, the Fix It Forward Program, to become a Maintenance Technician. No prior apartment maintenance experience is needed. The program is designed for dependable individuals who are ready to learn and enjoy hands-on work. The training program typically lasts 3 to 6 months and involves progressing through three levels: Beginner (focus on safety, tools, basic tasks), Intermediate (more repairs, less supervision), and Advanced (complex work, ready for a permanent role). Participants receive on-the-job training, company-paid EPA & CPO certifications, and pay raises as they advance through each training level. Upon successful completion, trainees are placed into a permanent Maintenance Technician role with additional benefits.

Requirements
