Maintenance Trainee | Concord
About The Position
Morgan Properties offers a full-time paid training program, the 'Fix It Forward Program', designed to train individuals to become Maintenance Technicians. No prior apartment maintenance experience is required. The program is structured into three levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) over 3 to 6 months, with pay increases at each level. Participants will receive on-the-job training and company-paid EPA & CPO certifications, leading to a permanent Maintenance Technician role. The program covers essential skills such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical basics, appliance repair, apartment turns, groundskeeping, preventative maintenance, customer service, and safety procedures.
