About The Position

Morgan Properties offers a full-time paid training program, 'Fix It Forward', to become a Maintenance Technician. No prior apartment maintenance experience is needed. The program is 3 to 6 months long and structured into three levels: Beginner (focus on safety, tools, basic tasks), Intermediate (more repairs, less supervision), and Advanced (complex work, ready for a permanent role). Participants receive on-the-job training, company-paid EPA & CPO certifications, and pay raises at each training level, leading to a permanent Maintenance Technician position.
