About The Position

Morgan Properties offers a full-time paid training program, 'Fix It Forward Program', designed to train individuals to become Maintenance Technicians. No prior apartment maintenance experience is required. The program is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are eager to learn. It spans 3 to 6 months and is structured into three progressive levels: Beginner (focusing on safety, tools, and basic tasks), Intermediate (involving more repairs with less supervision), and Advanced (preparing for complex work and a permanent role). Participants receive on-the-job training, company-paid EPA & CPO certifications, and pay raises as they advance through each training level. The program provides a clear career path to a permanent Maintenance Technician role, with comprehensive benefits becoming available after permanent placement.

  • Perform more complex repairs with less supervision at the Intermediate level
  • Handle complex work and prepare for a permanent Maintenance Technician role at the Advanced level
