Position: Maintenance Technicians Location: Multiple Communities throughout Columbus, OH Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with on-call rotation Pay Rate: $25–$32/hour based on experience and qualifications, plus commissions, bonuses, and incentives HVAC Certified Technicians: Higher rate for qualified candidates Location #1 – Independent / One-Person Site This is a one-person site requiring a strong, well-rounded technician who can take full ownership of maintenance operations. Requirements: 2+ years multifamily maintenance experience Strong apartment turnover experience HVAC experience (EPA required; certification preferred) Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting & grounds Location #2 – HVAC-Focused Community (Certification Required) This role requires a technician with solid HVAC experience to support a busy community. Requirements: 2+ years multifamily maintenance experience Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting & grounds Strong apartment turnover experience Hands-on HVAC experience required EPA certification required Location #3 – Full-Service Community Technician Ideal for a technician comfortable working with older buildings and equipment. Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle & auto insurance
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Experience with apartment turnovers and general maintenance
  • Comfortable using smartphones/basic computer systems

Nice To Haves

  • HVAC experience (EPA required; certification preferred)
