Maintenance Technician

Veteran Hiring SolutionsIndianapolis, IN
Onsite

About The Position

You kept equipment running in demanding environments. Now put those skills to work on the civilian side. This hands-on multicraft role is a natural fit for veterans with mechanical aptitude, a mission-first mindset, and the discipline to keep a production floor running at full tempo. The work is roughly 75% mechanical with a meaningful electrical and electronic controls component, supporting a plastics manufacturing facility that runs hard and takes care of its people. A veteran placed in this role six months ago has already proven himself and moved to 1st shift. We're looking for his replacement. This is a role with a family-run plastics manufacturer with strong community roots and a culture where people come to work and stay. It offers good pay, job security, and a clear path for advancement. If you want to be part of a tight team that takes care of its own, this is your shot.
