About The Position
We are hiring a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to support property operations at our Baltimore, MD location. This role is responsible for routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and excellent service to our residents. Requirements
- 3–5 years of maintenance or trade experience in a residential or commercial setting
- General knowledge of building systems and repair work
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Nice To Haves
- HVAC certification a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Complete daily work orders, repairs, and service requests in a timely manner
- Assist with apartment turnovers and make-ready tasks
- Perform maintenance in plumbing, electrical, HVAC (if certified), carpentry, and general building systems
- Conduct property inspections and support preventative maintenance programs
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls (on-call rotation required)
- Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory
