What You’ll Bring as a Maintenance Technician You’re skilled, dependable, and care about doing the job right. You bring: 2+ years of apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance experience (painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, flooring; HVAC experience a plus). A high school diploma or GED. Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally. Reliable transportation and flexibility to cover overtime or nearby communities when needed. Basic computer or mobile-app skills for work orders, timekeeping, and training (we’ll train you!). Strong communication and customer-service skills Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills, a plus that helps connect with our residents! How You’ll Make an Impact Every day, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our community comfortable, safe, and well cared for: Bring spaces to life – perform routine and preventative maintenance, including painting, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and cleaning. Care for the grounds – maintain curb appeal through landscaping, snow/ice removal, and seasonal upkeep. Respond with urgency – complete work orders promptly and rotate for emergency on-call coverage (respond within 30 minutes). Prioritize quality & compliance – follow all safety, property, and inspection standards with precision. Requirements
