Requirements

• Hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, and general repairs.
• Availability for rotating on-call shifts (including evenings & weekends).
• A valid driver’s license for emergency on-call duties.
• The ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Tackling Repairs & Maintenance – Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, dry-wall, appliances—you name it, you fix it!
• Keeping Residents Happy – Respond to service requests promptly and professionally, making our residents feel at home.
• Rotating On-Call Duty – Be a maintenance superhero when needed, including weekends and nights.
• Keeping Amenities in Top Shape – Pools, fountains, and shared spaces need your expert care.
• Conducting Inspections & Preventative Maintenance – Stay ahead of the game by catching issues before they happen.
• Ensuring a Picture-Perfect Community – Help maintain the property’s curb appeal and pristine condition.
