About The Position

We are hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support electrical and mechanical maintenance in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and breakdown repair of production equipment and facility systems to minimize downtime and support safe operations. This position is ideal for candidates with experience as a Maintenance Technician, Electrical Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, or Manufacturing Maintenance Technician.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or plant maintenance
  • Electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or Electrical Maintenance Technician
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs
  • Experience working rotating shifts, nights, or weekends
  • Familiarity with production equipment and automated machinery

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair electrical systems, motors, switches, control panels, relays, breakers, and circuits
  • Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, wiring issues, grounding, and shielding
  • Install, test, and repair power, lighting, and electronic control systems
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams
  • Repair and maintain production machinery, conveyors, motors, pneumatic and mechanical systems
  • Perform equipment installations, adjustments, and component replacements
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) to reduce downtime
  • Inspect machines and equipment for safety, reliability, and efficiency
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective or improvement actions
  • Assist with facility maintenance including plumbing, light construction, and basic repairs
  • Support HVAC maintenance and work with contractors as needed
  • Prepare machines and production equipment for operation
  • Follow OSHA regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, downtime records, and repair documentation
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
