Requirements

  • Requires minimum of 2 years of experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully operate high power wire bonding equipment for medical device assembly.
  • Follow manufacturing procedures, complete quality control reviews and complete validation and documentation
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations.
  • Works from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets and written or verbal assembly instructions.
  • Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.
  • May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.

  • Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$39,200.00 - $58,800.00
  • This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).
  • The starting base rate of pay for this position and location is $19.90 per hour plus $2.70/hour shift differential .
  • The base rate is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California.
  • Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
  • The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
