The Maintenance Technician should be reliable and skilled to perform essential upkeep tasks throughout all facilities. This position holds responsibility for a wide variety of activities such as repairs and improvements to ensure all outlets remain functional. It is essential to the success of the Flora-Bama that the Maintenance Technician holds solid technical knowledge and has the ability to deliver on the following necessary tasks for this job. Strictly adhere to safety protocols and report any safety concerns. Undertake specific tasks that are in relation to problems that arise across the properties and are assigned via work order Enhanced problem assessment with accurate solutions Address and repair any and all problems in a timely manner when there is an issue that requires the need of a maintenance team member Assistance to management and event staff with special event set up, concerts, or day-to-day activities etc. Daily cleaning of facilities and equipment and performing ongoing preventative maintenance Detail oriented with the capability of completing required paperwork for finished tasks Experience with tasks that pertain to, but are not limited to: minor plumbing, replacement of sinks and toilets, basic framing and carpentry, cleaning, property maintenance and basic electrical. Capable and willing to advance HVAC, Refrigeration, and Food Service Equipment knowledge and experience.
