Requirements

  • Multi-family Maintenance experience-including HVAC, minimum 1 year
  • Must have the ability to be on-call (in a team rotation)
  • $1,000 sign on bonus - paid out 50% upon first payroll, 50% after 90 days active employment

Nice To Haves

  • EPA Certification (Universal or Type I & II) preferred but not required
  • CPO preferred

Responsibilities

  • Complete resident work orders promptly.
  • Complete all make-readies consistent with company standards in a timely, professional manner.
  • Effectively maintain cleanliness of community grounds, common areas, and amenities
