About The Position

The Maintenance Technician IV role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing facility and production equipment to support the facilities manufacturing schedule.

Requirements

Demonstrated industrial maintenance experience.
At least two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment; including successful completion of jobs or similar activities.
Demonstrated self-compliance with company policies and procedures.
Interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Demonstrate initiative in addressing and/or resolving repair issues.
Effective communication skills.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Must have a basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
Must have personal tools up to one (1) inch.
Must be able to stand and/kneel frequently, lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, and work in a manufacturing environment.
Must be available on an on-call basis.
High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Maintenance Connection experience preferred.
Technical school certificate or diploma in a specific work-related area preferred

Responds promptly to safety hazards and machine breakdowns.
Understands and interprets blueprints required for work.
Performs routine mechanical repair on equipment.
Completes documentation related to the task at hand.
Maintains excellent housekeeping standards to maintain a safe work area.
Maintains effective communication with operators and plant supervision.
Immediately addresses and reports safety issues or hazards.
Maintains excellent safety record.
Maintains excellent attendance record.
Performs other duties as assigned.
