The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation, repair, and upkeep of production equipment during the night shift. This role supports a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and requires a skilled technician capable of troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving equipment issues independently. The technician will work closely with the production team to maintain equipment uptime, support safe operations, and respond quickly to mechanical or electrical problems that arise during the shift. This position follows a Monday night through Friday morning schedule, typically 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM, with a four‑day workweek. While overtime may occur, the team prioritizes efficient planning to keep it to a minimum. Minor adjustments to the schedule may be made to align with production needs. Ideal candidates bring hands‑on experience in equipment maintenance within a production environment, strong mechanical and electrical skills, proficiency with hand tools, and exposure to programmable controls. Experience in food processing is a plus but not required.
