About The Position

Associa is hiring a Concierge to service its condominium community in Ocean City. Work schedule: 8am - 4:30pm, Thursday - Monday (includes working on Saturday and Sundays) Duties include but are not limited to: Meet, greet, and welcome homeowners, guests, visitors, vendors, and contractors to the facility. Create a positive experience for guests by attending to needs and answering questions. Research and respond to inquiries in-person, by phone, and email. Receive, track, store, and distribute packages. Walk and inspect areas for cleanliness. Be an active participant on the social committee including scheduling of meetings, preparation of agenda, taking meeting minutes, following through with assigned tasks. Plan events for owners including researching ideas and opportunities, create and distribute flyers, track attendance, financial tracking and follow through with the events. Prepare and distribute quarterly newsletter. Prepare and distribute semi annual owners directory. Rental tracking and check ins. Create relationships with local businesses to offer our homeowners experiences and discounts locally. Coordinate reservations at local establishments and attractions upon request. Perform various administrative tasks in support of community’s mission. Data entry, manage email and correspondence. Tracking event space reservations. Reserve service elevator, for move-ins and move outs, large deliveries and contractors. Issue parking passes and key FOBs. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • 1+ year of concierge or front desk experience.
  • Ability to create a positive guest interactive experience with all the meet.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Customer service driven.
  • Proactive, takes initiative, able to prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiar in using Microsoft Work, Excel, and Outlook.
