About The Position
A high-performing manufacturing facility in Twinsburg, OH is hiring Maintenance Technicians for both 2nd and 3rd shift. This is a direct-hire opportunity with long-term potential, competitive pay, and a sign-on bonus. Ideal candidates will be mechanically and electrically skilled, with experience in industrial maintenance, PLC troubleshooting, and robotics.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance
- Proficient in troubleshooting using PLCs (Allen Bradley)
- Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics
- Experience with ABB robotics and welding (gas & electric)
- Ability to work independently in a high-paced manufacturing setting
- Must meet Maintenance Technician “A” level capability
- High School Diploma required
Nice To Haves
- Technical/vocational certifications or college coursework in maintenance-related fields preferred
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, electronic, and combustion issues
- Interpret ladder logic (SLC 500, PLC 5, ControlLogix) for troubleshooting
- Modify and troubleshoot ABB robot models (M94, M98, M2000, M2600, M6700)
- Install, move, align, and maintain equipment and machinery
- Perform preventive and proactive maintenance tasks
- Operate machine shop equipment with accuracy and safety
- Perform both gas and electric welding tasks
- Complete repair documentation and maintain a clean, safe work area
- Support other duties as assigned by supervisors or team leads
