Requirements
- Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Comfort working on machines, controls, and production equipment
- Someone who's been doing this for a while and is ready for a new challenge
- Self-starter mindset-you see a problem and fix it
Responsibilities
- Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing and production equipment
- Electrical diagnostics (motors, sensors, controls, panels)
- Mechanical systems (conveyors, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics)
- Preventive maintenance that actually prevents things
- Helping improve processes, not just putting out fires
